Pankaj Gupta has been a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years and has launched & built multiple successful IT & Telecom businesses. Currently, he is running VCLOUDX – a Singapore-based communication platform (CPaaS) provider under the brand EnableX (www.EnableX.io), as the Founder & CEO. With a passion to redefine how people communicate and collaborate, he conceptualized EnableX as a Omni-channel Customer Communication and Engagement Platform. 

Previously, he was the Country Manager & Managing Director at Arkadin India which was a joint venture between Arkadin – A global leader in Remote Communication & Collaboration services & ConferIndia which he started in 2004. During his tenure, Arkadin India grew as a leading collaboration services company in India and one of the fastest-growing subsidiaries for Arkadin worldwide.

He built multiple strong and strategic partnerships with leading Telecom companies & large enterprise customers in his tenure at Arkadin.
