We don’t just stop with training. We also offer ongoing mentorship so that any queries/issues they have in any aspect of teaching/facilitation can be addressed. Our implementation managers, training managers, and academic managers engage with teachers on a regular basis to help them perform better. We even help teachers engage better with parents by conducting orientation/engagement programs.
