Our Guest: Nawan Poovarawan (Noom), Director at Airbnb
Nawan is the director of Airbnb. Before that, Noom has worked at Google and has led and managed the customer service hub for Google’s online advertising SMB clients in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Prior to joining Google, she spent most of her career in FMCG brand management at P&G covering businesses in ASEAN, India, Australia and Korea.
Noom is a recipient of various fellowships for academic and cross-cultural programs, from the Institute of International Education in the US, JICA in Japan, and SIF in Singapore. She has lived in four cities and has spent her last seven years in Singapore.
